Guest Policies

The purpose of this Guest Policy is to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment for all residents of Oak Haven — Lodging and Suites. While guests are welcome, residents are responsible for ensuring their visitors comply with community standards, property rules, and quiet hours.

01 · Purpose

The purpose of this Guest Policy is to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment for all residents of Oak Haven — Lodging and Suites. While guests are welcome, residents are responsible for ensuring their visitors comply with community standards, property rules, and quiet hours.

02 · Section 02

02 · Definition of a Guest

A guest is defined as any person not listed on the resident’s lease agreement who visits or temporarily stays in an apartment or suite. This includes friends, family members, or overnight visitors.

03 · Section 03

03 · Guest Registration & Access

All overnight guests must be registered with management at least 24 hours in advance, either through the front desk or by email at admin@oakhavensuites.com.

Guests must be accompanied by their host resident at all times in shared spaces, including the gym, pool, dining area, and parking lot. Management reserves the right to deny entry to unregistered or unauthorized guests.

In case of emergencies or special approvals, guests may contact +234-816-343-5375 (main office) or +1-754-281-2496 (emergency line).

04 · Section 04

04 · Duration of Stay

Short-Term Guests may stay up to three (3) consecutive nights and a total of ten (10) nights per calendar month without prior written approval.

Extended Guests staying more than ten (10) nights per month must receive written authorization from management and may be required to complete a background check or temporary occupancy form.

Guests found residing beyond the permitted period may be considered unauthorized occupants, which constitutes a lease violation.

05 · Resident Responsibility

Residents are fully responsible for their guests’ behavior and actions while on the property. Any damages, disturbances, or violations caused by guests will be charged directly to the resident’s account.

Residents must ensure that guests follow all community rules, including quiet hours and amenity guidelines.

06 · Section 06

06 · Quiet Hours

To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, quiet hours are enforced as follows:

  • Weekdays: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Weekends & Holidays: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

During these times, all residents and guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum. This includes conversations, music, televisions, and use of common areas.

07 · Amenities Access

Guests may enjoy property amenities only when accompanied by their host resident. Amenities include Wi-Fi and lounge access, pool area, fitness center, parking lot, and housekeeping services (by arrangement).

Each apartment is limited to two (2) guests per amenity visit unless otherwise approved by management.

08 · Parking Policy

Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in designated visitor spaces. All guest vehicles must display a temporary parking permit provided by management or security.

Unauthorized parking in resident, staff, or reserved spaces may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking is complimentary for registered guests — no reservation is required.

09 · Section 09

09 · Conduct & Behavior

Guests must treat all residents, staff, and property respectfully. Loud gatherings, parties, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or substances who cause disturbances may be asked to leave immediately. Oak Haven — Lodging and Suites reserves the right to revoke guest privileges or request removal of any individual who violates community rules.

10 · Section 10

10 · Pets

Pets are not allowed for guests unless they are service or emotional support animals with proper documentation.

Residents with approved pets must ensure their animals do not disturb other residents or guests.

11 · Section 11

11 · Safety & Security

Residents may not share gate codes, key fobs, or suite keys with guests. Guests must enter and exit through designated access points only.

All suspicious activity should be reported to management or the emergency contact number provided above. Guests must comply with all fire, safety, and emergency regulations while on the premises.

12 · Section 12

12 · Enforcement

Failure to comply with the Guest Policy may result in written warnings or fines, temporary or permanent suspension of guest privileges, or lease violation notices for repeated offenses.

Management reserves the right to deny guest entry or remove guests from the property when necessary to protect the safety and comfort of the community.

13 · Section 13

13 · Acknowledgment

By residing at Oak Haven — Lodging and Suites, residents acknowledge and agree to abide by this Guest Policy and are responsible for ensuring their guests do the same.
